Charlotte went above and beyond during my appointment to have my hair extensions taken out, cleaned, re-fitted. I also had my hair colour refreshed and my red moneypieces bleached and dyed red again. The whole process was fantastic - Charlotte shared her opinion on what would look best and I was guided by her ideas and thoughts which was a great call because I am incredibly happy with the outcome. Charlotte provided hair care tips too which has completely changed the way I look after my hair extensions for the better. I loved my appointment and know I’ll always be in safe hands with Charlotte. The whole team were friendly and welcoming, and made me feel very at ease. Thank you!

I visited on 28th Feb and had a colour consultation with Chris. He was really lovely and friendly, understood my end goals, and made me feel at ease. Chris booked me in with Brock for 2nd March, and communicated everything I’d told him to Brock, so Brock was fully up to speed with my goals. We then lightened my hair to get the best base for my vivid colours. Brock was very knowledgeable about the best levels of bleach for the various areas of my hair, and he was very attentive. He kept checking back and monitoring the condition of my hair, and then washed the bleach out. He then applied the bright colours, blending them really nicely, to give me an end look that matched the inspiration photos I’d shown him to a T. Overall, I am super happy with how my hair turned out, and I found Brock to be a fab stylist as well as just an all round lovely person. He was very chatty and friendly and genuinely pleasant to be around. I’ve booked back in for my next cut and colour without hesitation, and I look forward to returning. Also, big shout out to Hollie on reception who is absolutely lovely. So helpful and patient, she’s an asset to the salon :)
